Jesus had the resurrection (or Easter) and Tupac gets Coachella music festival…
Fifteen years after his death, the west coast rapper Tupac made a cameo appearance yesterday at the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California. Ok, it wasn’t really Tupac. It was actually a high tech 3D hologram that was projected on stage. After a dramatic intro, Tupac was joined by Snoop Dogg himself were they rapped their collaboration “2 of Americaz Most Wanted.” The concert also included performances from Dr. Dre, Eminem, 50 Cent and Wiz Khalifa. Though Tupac “was the least dynamic of the parade of rappers young and old who held the mike,” according to the Los Angeles Times, his appearance begs the question: Who’s next? I’m thinking Elvis, Kurt Cobain, or Freddie Mercury.
